Abit, Biostar and MSI
Abit NF7-S provides a perfect ground for overclocking including 200 Mhz of FSB clock. Although the performance could be better the motherboard still continues to offer good mixture of flexibility and functionality. The only mar is the poor selection of the bundled software.
If you want to make the best use of all capabilities of nForce2 the best choice is Asus A7N8X. This product offers two network controllers, Serial ATA RAID, FireWire, overclocking options, reach software bundle, LiveUpdate and Q-Fan control. The Asus wins as far as functionality and performance are concerned. Abit biostar and msi drivers.
Abit, Chaintech and MSI compete in a middle range although MSI is distinguished due to Bluetooth module. The MSI also offers more flexible serial controller (thanks to additional IDE port) however technically speaking such implementation looks inferior to Silicon Image chip at NF7-S as the latter already works with Serial ATA without using performance-consuming bridges.
